Yes, all watches come with a warranty. Depending on the brand, this is either the manufacturer’s warranty (1, 2, or 3 years) or our own 2-year seller warranty for brands we stock as a third party. The warranty covers mechanical faults in the watch movement. To make a claim, please contact us.

Shipping Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email notification with delivery options. Our couriers, including Royal Mail and DHL Express, provide detailed tracking and estimated delivery windows. If a delivery is missed, a “sorry we missed you” notice is left and you’ll receive instructions via SMS and email to reschedule.

Order & Returns

All items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following criteria:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All returns and exchanges must be submitted exclusively through our [Returns Portal]. Include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us securely.

Restocking Fee: A 8% fee applies to all returns except those due to our error and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges work the same way as returns: send back the original item via our [Returns Portal] and order the watch in the size or color you want.

The vast majority of refunds are processed within 3–5 working days from the date we receive the returned watch. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, select a payment option, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
We process orders quickly for fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, we can try to accommodate requests within 24 hours, though it’s not guaranteed. Once your order ships, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.

If your watch stops working during the warranty period, please contact us for return instructions before sending it back. Use a tracked postal service to prevent loss, and keep your postage receipt. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reimburse your shipping costs. If we are unable to repair your watch, we will provide a full refund or replace it with the same model.
