We are not responsible for parcels marked delivered by the courier if later lost or misplaced.
SECTION 20 – PARCEL PROTECTION INSURANCE
Parcel Protection Overview: Optional insurance is available at checkout calculated as a small percentage of cart value.
Insured Coverage:
- Loss during transit under courier care
- Theft during transit prior to delivery confirmation
Not Covered:
- Safe-place deliveries
- Delivered parcels confirmed by courier status
- Damage not caused by loss or theft during active transit
Claims: Must be submitted within 14 days from expected delivery date.
Max Liability: Cannot exceed insured parcel value.
