We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours.
Our standard delivery window is 2–4 weeks. While we strive to deliver sooner, actual delivery durations may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

We welcome international orders, which can be processed online. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Our preferred carriers are Evri & Royal Mail for the United Kingdom, DHL for European deliveries, and USPS/DHL for other international destinations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
If nobody is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card so you can arrange a re-delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot.
Occasionally, delays may happen due to unexpected conditions such as extreme weather or road disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
All orders are shipped using secure, tracked carriers. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact our support team right away — we will offer either a replacement or refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days at info@clubchrono.com and attach photos showing the damage.
Our team will assist you further.
Important: Customers must not reject or refuse delivery when the parcel arrives.
Refused packages may be redirected to a general warehouse instead of our returns facility, which can lead to delays or loss.
To avoid complications, always accept the delivery first and then submit a return through the standard process in our Returns Portal.
ClubChrono is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to delivery refusal. Responsibility remains with the customer.
If a chargeback is raised while return support is available, all ClubChrono Guarantees and warranty coverage will be void.
The 14-day return right and 21-day lost-parcel claim eligibility will also no longer apply.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on public or bank holidays. Normal services will resume on the next available business day.
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot process cancellations or changes. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
A parcel will not be marked as lost until 21 business days have passed since dispatch.
During this period, ClubChrono actively coordinates with the courier to locate your package.
If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost after 21 business days, we can offer a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
