How long does delivery take?

I received my tracking number, but there are no updates. Why?
The tracking number you received is your local/domestic tracking number, not the international one. This means your package is still in transit to your country, which typically takes 10–12 business days.
Once the shipment arrives and clears customs, our local freight forwarder will hand it over to the domestic courier for final delivery. At that point, your tracking number will become active, and you'll start seeing tracking updates as your package makes its way to your delivery address.
