All our watches are brand new and come in their official packaging, just as you would receive them from a high-street retailer. Each product listing includes an example image of the packaging. We do not sell unboxed or loose watches.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email notification with delivery options. Our couriers, including Royal Mail and DHL Express, provide detailed tracking and estimated delivery windows. If a delivery is missed, a “sorry we missed you” notice is left and you’ll receive instructions via SMS and email to reschedule.
Although the majority of orders are delivered on schedule, delays may occur, particularly with international deliveries. If you suspect a delay with your order, please contact our support team.
Customers ordering from outside the EU may be responsible for import taxes, depending on local regulations.
All items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following criteria:
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us securely.
Restocking Fee: A 8% fee applies to all returns except those due to our error and will be deducted from your refund.

The vast majority of refunds are processed within 3–5 working days from the date we receive the returned watch. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it on our website to view the real-time status of your shipment. [Track My Order]
If your watch stops working during the warranty period, please contact us for return instructions before sending it back. Use a tracked postal service to prevent loss, and keep your postage receipt. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reimburse your shipping costs. If we are unable to repair your watch, we will provide a full refund or replace it with the same model.
