Official Manufacturer’s Warranty

For brands where ClubChrono is an authorised stockist, your timepiece includes the official manufacturer’s warranty, typically valid for 1, 2, or 3 years depending on the brand.
Please consult the warranty booklet included with your watch for full coverage details.

If a manufacturing fault appears during the warranty period, the watch should be sent directly to the brand’s official service centre for evaluation, repair, or replacement.
Shipping costs to the manufacturer are the customer’s responsibility, and we advise using a tracked and insured service.

Important: Please review the warranty exclusions listed below for conditions not covered under manufacturer warranties.

ClubChrono Warranty

For brands where we act as a third-party stockist, ClubChrono provides a standard 2-year warranty unless a different term is stated on the product page.

Warranty support includes the following options based on fault assessment:

  • Fault reported within 30 days: ClubChrono covers return postage.
  • Fault reported after 30 days: Customer covers return shipping fees.

We recommend using a tracked service for safe returns. Repairs are generally completed in 7–14 working days, subject to parts and inspection time.

This warranty covers movement-related timekeeping issues such as inaccurate time gain/loss. It does not cover any external or cosmetic damage.

Warranty Coverage

For verified internal manufacturing faults that are not listed under exclusions:

  • Purchased within 14 days: Eligible for full replacement or refund.
  • Purchased after 14 days: First step is repair. If repair is not viable, a replacement will be provided.
Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under any warranty program:

  • Water or moisture damage.
  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • Physical or surface damage to:

  • Accidental impact from dropping or banging the watch.
  • Lost/missing stones or gems on the outer watch or dial (cosmetic and does not affect core functionality).
  • Damage caused by use beyond the manufacturer’s water-resistance guidelines.
  • Improperly secured screw-down crown leading to internal water exposure.
  • Damage during strap or bracelet adjustments, especially on ceramic watches. We recommend adjustments by a professional specialist.
